Violation of the Terms of Use will result in immediate termination of services on the INBOOST platform. 2. Limitations

The Company has the right to prohibit (or restrict) the actions of Participants and/or End Users if they contradict the Terms of Use.It is prohibited to store, process and distribute using the INBOOST web platform information that contradicts or violates the legislation of Ukraine or the legislation of the country of the recipient of the newsletter, including information regarding:● drugs and tobacco products, alcohol, prohibited medical drugs;● weapons, ammunition or explosives;● objects or products with overtly sexualized positioning;● gambling, etc.

3. Copyright

The Participant agrees not to reproduce, copy, sell, forward or use any part of the INBOOST web platform to third parties without the written consent of the Author of the INBOOST web platform. In case of violation of these rules, the Company reserves the right to protect its rights and interests by filing complaints with law enforcement agencies and filing claims with judicial authorities.

4. Errors and inaccuracies

Occasionally, information may appear on the INBOOST web platform that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, which may relate to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, shipping costs, services, and availability. Each Participant and End User guarantees to use the INBOOST web platform within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine. It is prohibited to use the INBOOST web platform for any illegal or discriminatory activities, including actions prohibited by Law.
